BANGALORE, INDIA,  APRIL 18 – 24^TH 2010 

Sunday 18^TH APRIL

• Arrival at Bangalore International Airport.
• Transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel, approximate time 60 minutes (40 kms)
• Check in at The Leela Palace Hotel
• The day/evening at leisure 

Monday 19^th APRIL

• Breakfast at The Leela Palace Hotel, 6 am onwards.
• 7 am, transfer to Karnataka Golf Association GC (KGA).
• 1 km distance, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
• 7.30 am, practice round for players.
• 10 am, championship committee meeting at KGA.
• 12 pm, lunch at KGA
• 1 pm, golf tournament for delegates and duffers (Shotgun Start).
• 6 to 6.30 pm, transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel.
• 7.30 pm, welcome dinner at The Leela Palace Hotel for players/officials, hosted by President IGU. ( Smart Casuals) 

Tuesday 20^th APRIL

• Breakfast at The Leela Palace Hotel, 6 am onwards.
• 7 am, transfer to Karnataka Golf Association (KGA).
• 7.30 am, practice round for players.
• 12 pm, lunch at KGA
• 4 pm, captain/referees meeting at KGA.
• 5 pm, team photograph session at KGA.
• 5.30 pm, opening ceremony at KGA.
• 6 pm, cocktails at KGA hosted by President of KGA. (Smart Casuals)
• Thereafter transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel. 

Wednesday 21^st APRIL

• Breakfast at The Leela Palace Hotel, 6 am onwards.
• 7 am, transfer to Karnataka Golf Association (KGA).
• 8 am, round 1 of the Bonallack Trophy.
• 12 pm, lunch at KGA
• 1 pm, round 2 of the Bonallack Trophy.
• 7 pm, cocktails and dinner ( Venue TBC – Smart Casuals)
• Thereafter transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel.

 Thursday 22^nd APRIL

• Breakfast at The Leela Palace Hotel, 6 am onwards.
• 7 am, transfer to Karnataka Golf Association (KGA).
• 8 am, round 3 of the Bonallack Trophy.
• 12 pm, lunch at KGA.
• 1 pm, round 4 of the Bonallack Trophy.
• Thereafter transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel.
• Evening at leisure.

 Friday 23^rd APRIL

• Breakfast at The Leela Palace Hotel, 6 am onwards.
• 7 am, transfer to Karnataka Golf Association (KGA).
• 10 am, final round of the Bonallack Trophy.
• 5.30 pm, closing ceremony at KGA.
• 6 to 6.30 pm, transfer to The Leela Palace Hotel.
• 7.30 pm, Gala dinner hosted by GM The Leela Palace (Formals)
